I recently went to see Phil Vassar with none other than Sara, just Sara, a very phenomenal gal!! After the show, we listened to some of her tunes … among which, included songs by these radtastically amazing guys, Randy Houser + Jamey Johnson, who I’d really been diggin’. Both are singer/songwriter/musicians that I have sorta been following, and I totally love, love, love their voices! Turns out, he + Randy were planning a visit to the area. Not only were they putting on a show in my neck of the woods, but talso at my FAVE cozy concert venue … the Fox Theatre! This place is so cozy, fun, warm, and personal — everything I totally love! Anyway, she asked if I wanted to tag along (DUH!!!) … but the tickets weren’t all that … just … the FRONT ROW! LOL Now, front row at The Fox?? Yeah, it’s as close as you can get without being right on stage — well, you’re feet WILL touch! :) Here’s Sara in workin’ the front row –
The show was just this past Thursday … and the house was ROCKIN!!! Umm … until midnight … and the show started round 8pm … and went on 2 hours after it shoulda … but I am NOT complaining! It was sooo RAD! :) Anyhow, it was totally fun …. here’s some shots from the nigh …
