May 28th , 2010. Also Phil Vassar’s birthday.
I got a txt from my phriend Sarah, letting me know Phil was going to be in town. I was down and out … so many things were going wrong, one aphter the other, so I phigured this would be a great way to cut loose and have some phun with phriends. I got two phront row tickets to the concert, one phor me, one phor my phriend Laurie (her phirst Phil concert), which I later realized was a benephit show to raise money for Gold Star license plates in the good ol’ state of California, phor Gold Star phamilies. Pretty neat. We got there about an hour before the show, phound our seats, and just chilled. Met some really nice people too, which helped pass the time bephore the show. The show was amazing, as always. There’s just something about this guy that speaks to me … maybe it’s his voice, maybe it’s the way he rocks the piano … whatever it is, I’m sold. Anytime this guy is near here, you will phind me in the phront few rows of his show! :) Enough chatter … here’s some shots of the show!
