One of the coolest things to photograph around here, aside from beautiful children and families, is lots of beautiful children and families together! I had the opportunity to photograph the half-way party for VFA-22, a squadron that some friends are attached to here in Lemoore. It was fun being there, seeing all of these little families excited to be half-way through a deployment, and sharing in this excitement with other families.There was so much to do — face painting, various arts & crafts, learning how to make some neat paper air planes, and even getting messy by making the flag out of hand prints! Ahh, I will be there soon enough, as my hubby is deploying early next year. *sigh* Well, enoug about that … here’s some of the pictures I took that afternoon:
