December 14, 2008Not in the tree mood this year (my husband is deployed), but of course, the girls are. Not to mention, our piano is now in our tree spot!!!! So…we looked and looked for a tree as tall as Rob to put in their bedroom – low and behold, we found one…a display, and the last one at that! :) Here’s a few of the girls putting on their ornaments and a few of Rob being Rob – tomorrow, we get tinsel!

December 13, 2008I read this totally rad post that contained a way rad idea this past week, and knew I just had to jump on the can-wagon! Here’s the scoop – for every comment I receive on this post between now and December 19th, I will donate one canned good to my local food pantry. That’s 1 for 1 folks, and all it takes is a few seconds of your time (really)!!! Now, this wasn’t my idea…but who could resist participating?
